With my new happy go lucky attitude, I’m sure that many people expected me to start my expose about Erin with something nice and uplifting. I might have done that if she hadn’t pulled a knife on me the last time we were at Marikka’s. I have to admit, its pretty unexpected for such a tiny young lady to have a mean streak, but just like her sister – you don’t cross the boss!

Okay, enough with the playing games. The truth is there is not a lot that I can tell you about Erin. We’ve spent some time together in various size groups, but I’ve rarely had the opportunity to sit and just talk with her. I guess I kind of squandered a golden opportunity a little while back when she was sitting next to me at Marikka’s. Instead, I spent the night picking on her about pulling a knife on me. It was funny the first time, but I may have beaten the horse to death instead of shooting it to put it out of its misery.

I do know she’s pretty smart. She just graduated with a degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. She was already working part-time, but is now looking for full-time employment. She seems very reserved or it could be just around me. She does, however, have no trouble saying “Shut up” many times even before I’ve said anything. She likes to have a good time, but takes her responsibilities seriously. She doesn’t really drink alcoholic beverages, so she’s a great designated driver. She also has a quick wit and temper like her sister. Of course, that could just be their reaction to me. The last thing that I will say about Erin is she has true love in her life. She has a little boy named Connor that she adores and most of the time dotes on. So there you have it. That’s all of my knowledge jumping out of the bottle and onto the screen for your edification. Oh well, next time I have the opportunity to sit and talk with her; I promise to do a better job of finding out about her.
