Weekly Progress Report
On with the show, this is it ….
Sorry about the delay, but work has been kind of hectic lately. Mike came over on Saturday night after the UK game and we worked out. He showed me a log of activities he had done since our last workout and challenged me to start doing something on my own. I hit the bike after our workout and thought about what I could do on a daily basis that didn’t involve a lot of weights or room to maneuver. I came up with a set of 4 exercises for upper body and 4 for lower body to go with some crunches. I have been pleased so far with the addition of these exercises and plan on continuing with them throughout March alongside my 600 mile challenge. The challenge will be pretty tough with my out of town visits, but as long as I don’t slack it is achievable. I weighed in on Mon and have lost 2 more pounds. I am expecting some very exciting results next Monday after having worked out everyday. Here’s a list of my workouts for Wed. and Thurs:
