Quick Update

It's been a long time. I guess we'll take it from the top, so here goes ....

I graduated from UK's MBA program in June of 2006. I started working full-time for Kelly Services at the Toyota plant in Georgetown where I had been working while in school. I worked there for several months until I got a call from a classmate of mine by the name of Adam Campbell. He had a lead on a job with Ryder Logistics and if things went well with his interview, he would recommend me for a job. Adam got hired on in September and I was talking with his supervisor about a job shortly thereafter. After a phone interview, face-to-face interview in Erlanger and then another face-to-face interview with the Regional Manager in Georgetown, I was told there was a green light to do a background check and drug test. Those came back clean, so I began working for Ryder on October 16, 2006 inside the Toyota plant in Georgetown. There have been some rumors swirling that I may have to move to Erlanger at some point, but that has not come to pass so far. I am very excited about the job and look forward to many years of success with this company.
