Working all Weekend?

I generally don’t complain much about work because I have such flexibility. I can work any day I want that I’m not scheduled. When I come in on one of those days off, I can work ½ night, 8 hours or all night. Even on Thursday, since I am scheduled for ½ night, I can choose between those three options. The options go out the window on Friday and Saturday, though. Toyota doesn’t work many Saturdays even though they schedule about 18 a year. They’ve cancelled all the ones leading up to March 25th, which will be the 1st one of the year. They are kind enough to limit the Saturdays during the summer months, so that Team Members can spend time with their families and enjoy the warm weather. Lately I can’t seem to find the time to get everything done during the course of the week. And this weekend will have a huge chunk taken out of it by Toyota. So when I get off work tonight, I’ll get to look forward to heading right back to work tomorrow afternoon. Enjoy the last Saturday in March, I’ll be FN working.
